Que he de hacer cuando acabe de pagar mi hipoteca?

Tengo una hipoteca subrogada y las escrituras menciona el tema de la hipoteca con la entidad financiera…

Tienes que cancelar la hipotéca….para eso te tienes que poner de acuerdo con tu banco e ir con el notario a que te haga el trámite de cancelación, mismo que sera ante el Registro Público de la Propiedad en tu ciudad.

Lo siento no te puedo ayudar en esto ya que no sé en qué país estás.. pero mi respuesta sería al terminar de pagar tu hipoteca… Salí a Celebrar!!!!!!!

Tienes que ir a tu Hipotecaría y/o Institución Bancaria para que te den la carta de instrucciones pertinente. Ellos deberán notificar a la Notaría donde llevaste a efecto este trámite para que liberen tu Escritura y se consolide libre de gravamen, esto debe tardar unas dos semanitas.
No te debe costar un solo centavo! Eso ya lo pagaste cuando adquiriste el compromiso de la hipoteca y una de dos: o lo pagaste en cash con el Notario o te lo dedujeron también de tu préstamo.
Como dice otro usuario: que envidia!!! 1,000,000 de felicidades!!!

Si eres de México, podré decirte que debes acudir al banco y solicitarles una carta donde le notifican al Notario de tu confianza que en virtud de haber liquidado la totalidad del crédito, están dispuestos a cancelar la hipoteca que garantizaba el crédito. Esa carta la llevarás al Notario y él redactará una pequeña escritura donde consta que en virtud del pago total del crédito, el banco autoriza a cancelar el gravámen que versa sobre el inmueble, o sea, la hipoteca.
Esa escritura es un trámite extra que genera derechos de inscripción en el Registro Público y honorarios del Notario (él vive de su trabajo) y no está incluído en tu crédito, como equivocadamente te dicen arriba.

De donde eres? porque dependiendo de un sitio u ortro así tendrás que hacer. Si es en España, no tienes que hacer nada, el banco con quien tengas la hipoteca, al emitir tu útimo recibo, te mandará una carta diciendo que es el último y que está preparando la entrega de la ecsritura de Cancelación del Préstamo, que te tardará más de un mes. Y no tiene que pagar NADA MÁS ya has pagado bastante. Enhorabuena y a disfrutra de tu casa!!
