como puedo comprar un piso, habiendo salido de aval de la hipoteca de mis padres hace dos años?

creo que no puedes si eres aval, debes retirar el aval, creo q después de tres años puedes hacerlo, pregunta en un banco serio, como el bbva o el santander.

Si saliste de garante para tus padres, tendrás que esperar por
lo menos hasta que hayan pagado la mitad o las tres cuartas
partes del préstamo, pero hay algunos bancos que te pueden
hacer la financiación poniendo como garantía la compra del piso
ya escriturado y puesto en el banco como resguardo sin nombre
del propietario por las dudas, yo que tu me compraría un departamento el cual no fuera mas de 60 meses para pagar y
luego de los 5 años tratar de comprar el piso, quizás te salga
mas caro pero menos complicaciones, solo esta en averiguar
cual es el banco que te conviene para hacer la operación, OJO
fíjate cuanto te piden por los interés que te van a cobrar.

Si has llevado toda la documentación que te piden y la inmobiliaria que en principio les interesa que compres el piso no pueden hacer nada, pues difícil lo veo.
Por lo que dices has ido a varias, pero no escuchas lo que te dicen o no pones suficiente atención.
Si sigues por ese camino toparas con alguien sin miramientos el cual te prometerá lo que tu quieres, pagarás tasaciones , reserva de un piso posiblemente arras que no se devuelven.
